Shine in Our Own Way is a fortnightly therapy group designed specifically for neurodivergent teenage girls, led by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist.
This group provides a safe, welcoming, and sensory-friendly space where girls can connect with peers who truly understand them. Rather than focusing on "masking" or forcing neurotypical standards, we celebrate communication differences and build genuine social connections. Through collaborative activities and open discussions, participants will explore self-advocacy, navigating friendships, and understanding their unique communication strengths.
