Catherine Moloney - Director / Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist

Catherine Moloney is the Director and Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist of Speech Bubble Speech Pathology. With 30+ years of experience working with children and her creative talents not only as a Speech Pathologist but professional musician and teacher, Catherine brings a unique edge to assisting her clients in meeting their needs. Catherine works holistically with her clients, their families and her team to ensure the best results and outcomes. Catherine and her speech pathology team aim to make sure your needs are heard, we maintain a flexible approach to make therapy enjoyable and individualised, as every family and client has their own personal goals. You will be met with a welcoming smile and feel empowered when you leave to be the best you and your children can be.

Elena Tuomisto - Speech & Language Pathologist
Elena completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University. Elena commenced her career with Speech Bubble in 2023 and is a fully Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. She is a compassionate and motivated clinician with a focus on paediatric speech pathology. Elena is committed to meeting the needs of her clients and their families, ensuring a supportive environment where families feel empowered in their journey. She designs therapy that incorporates the child’s strengths and interests so that tasks are engaging, using play to ensure therapy is fun, motivating and easy to implement for parents and students into every-day life.
Elena works with a broad and diverse caseload of children and teens (2-18 years). Elena’s areas of interest include developmental language and early communication, developmental disorders, speech sound and articulation disorders, phonology and literacy. Elena is based at our Edithvale clinic and provides mobile based visits in the bayside area (10km radius).
When not at work, you may see Elena enjoying leisurely walks on the beach. She also enjoys watching all genres of reality TV shows, especially social experiment, competition based reality tv shows.

Niki Sandanayake- Speech & Language Pathologist
Niki is passionate about helping clients build their communication skills and confidence. She holds a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Canberra and brings a strong foundation in education, with experience as both an early childhood and primary school teacher. Niki commenced her career with Speech Bubble in 2025 as a new graduate and brings a wealth of experiience and knowledge in education. This background allows Niki to create fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate sessions for children, while drawing on her extensive knowledge of learning and teaching.
Fluent in both English and Sinhalese, Niki supports inclusive and effective communication with families from diverse backgrounds. She works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults to address a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs in educational, home and clinical settings.
Niki is committed to delivering personalised, family-centred care that supports each individual’s goals and promotes participation, independence, and confidence in everyday life. She is based at our Edithvale clinic and also provides mobile visits in the Bayside area.
Outside of work, Niki enjoys baking for family and friends, exploring new cafes, and relaxing by the beach.

ELIZA JORDAN - Speech & Language Pathologist
Eliza brings empathy and creativity to her sessions with paediatric clients and their families. Eliza commenced her career with Speech Bubble at the start of 2026 as a new graduate and is completing her Provisional Certification to transition to Full Certification. Eliza is dedicated to supporting her clients and empowering their families to be involved in their child’s progress through consistent collaboration. Eliza has a special interest in supporting neurodiverse family members, fostering a safe, fun and inclusive environment with child-centred sessions.
Eliza is passionate about helping young people and has been volunteering in youth work since she was a teenager herself. Eliza volunteers with a local program that supports young girls transition to high school, in addition to school holiday camps for primary and high school aged children. She utilises her skills in rapport building, child-led play, on the spot thinking and flexibility to meet the needs of her clients.
Outside of work, Eliza enjoys reading, spending time with family and loves to cook and bake for others. Additionally, Eliza loves to listen to music and sing, previously being heavily involved in youth music programs.

Tammy is Speech Bubble’s Client Care Manager. She will take care of all your appointment needs, see to accounting and works closely with the Speech Pathology team to give the highest level of care and attention. Tammy has been working in the medical field for over 20 years. Beginning in aged care, she followed her desire to continue learning and began working as a receptionist for MIA Radiology. Her interest in business management grew and she moved to Office Manager for a small medical business and for many years was the team manager adapting to progressive changes in the industry.
Following expanding her family unit and the desire to work virtually running her own business, Speech Bubble has been lucky to have Tammy move to Virtual Administration for all our client care needs. Tammy’s passion and desire to respond to the individual needs of Speech Bubble Clients has made her an invaluable part of the team.
